The Community Bank on Wiesbaden Army Airfield will be closed May 11-15 as it moves to temporary trailers located in the parking lot in front of Building 1021. The bank will resume normal operations in the trailers on May 16. All of the other area Community Banks will be open with regular service hours during that time. Additionally local Community Banks will be closed for German holidays May 1, 17 and 28.
Asian Pacific Heritage Month
The 2nd Signal Brigade, in conjunction with the U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden, celebrates Asian Pacific American Heritage Month May 4 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Tony Bass Fitness Center (Building 1043) on Wiesbaden Army Airfield. The event will feature cultural dances, food and a keynote address by the 66th Military Intelligence Brigade’s Command Sgt. Maj. Panapa Willis. Victory Day bash
Families are invited to the Wiesbaden Entertainment Center May 4 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a Victory Day bash. The event will feature free food and drinks, music, children’s games, a dunk tank, sumo suit wrestling, face painting and more.
Digital Scrapbooking
Army Community Service hosts a Digital Scrapbooking Class April 27 at 10 a.m. at the Wiesbaden Entertainment Center. Bring your laptop with wireless access and your photos to work on your project. Your finished book will be mailed to you courtesy of the USO for free.
FRG treasurer training

Resiliency classes
V Corps and Army Community Service offer a resiliency class for spouses starting April 30 from 10 a.m. to noon in the Hainerberg Chapel. Learn about coping during deployment; the emotional cycles of deployment and building emotional, social, family, spiritual and physical strengths. Training will be followed by a lunch social.
