Clinic supports sexual assault survivors

Wiesbaden Army Health Clinic
It is the Wiesbaden Army Health Clinic’s mission to deliver the highest quality of care no matter the circumstances. In any sexual assault or related incident, the first priority will always be to care for the patient. Providers and medical technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should services be called upon. Medical care will be delivered discreetly. Patients will be seen in a private examination room and can utilize a private entrance to the clinic to ensure discretion. Staff will discuss reporting options, as well as explain any services available. Some of the services available to survivors of sexual assault from the clinic include physical exams, laboratory testing, radiological imaging, forensic examinations and behavioral health support. These services will remain available indefinitely as deemed medically necessary.
The clinic strives to deliver care to every reporter of sexual assault, even those who are not enrolled in the clinic or have not been assigned a primary care manager. People who are unsure if they are eligible for care should come into the clinic for assistance. Even if a sexual assault took place in the past, community members should always remember that the Wiesbaden Army Health Clinic team is available to help.
