All active duty service members in Europe whose separation or retirement dates are no later than April 5, 2020 and whose dates of PTDY or transition leave is not before Jan. 18, 2020, and who will be available to start working for the Department of Veterans Affairs no later than Feb. 17, 2020, are eligible for a Warrior Training Advancement Course.
