Danna Butterfield, Army Emergency Relief program manager, stacks an Angel Tree gift amongst the other donations. As of the first week of December, a majority of the Wiesbaden Angel Tree Program tags have been pulled from the nine trees located throughout Hainerberg and Clay Kaserne. Butterfield said it’s a positive sign to see the trees bare already; however, many of the gifts still need to be delivered for processing. Secret Santas have until Dec. 18 to drop off the child’s wish gift to an Angel Tree collection box. If you want to fulfill a child’s wish but are having trouble finding a tag on an Angel Tree, contact Army Community Service at (0611) 143-548-9201. Applications are still being accepted until Dec. 9.
