School calendar
School days of note for Wiesbaden DoDEA students the following days in Sep­tember and October:

  • Sept. 29 — Early dismissal for teacher training.
  • Sept. 30 — No school.
  • Oct. 10 — Columbus Day. No school.
  • Oct. 14 — CCR Day.

Show Me the College Money
Learn how to navigate the college applica­tion process and find the money to pay for it during the last informational seminar Oct. 24 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Wiesbaden Entertain­ment Center. The seminars are made possible through a community partnership between the U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden Teen Center, Education Center, High School and the Parent to Parent Organization.


College information night
All high school-aged students and their parents are invited to the annual Kaiserslautern College information night at the Special Events Center on Rhine Ordnance Barracks, Bldg. 237, Sept. 29 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Open to all U.S. ID cardholders. SAT and ACT prep courses
The eKnowledge Donation Project with U.S. Armed Forces is entering its 11th year assisting students and families. The project waives the complete $250 course price for the SAT or ACT Test Prep Programs. Students pay only the cost of delivering the program: DVD student fee of $23.70 for the cost of materials, support and shipping, Online Cloud student fee of $19.99 for student support and streaming. Testing dates for the 2016-17 school year are as follows: SAT dates are Oct. 1, Nov. 5, Dec. 3, Jan. 21 and May 6. ACT dates are Oct. 22, Dec. 10, April 8 and June 10. Photo retake day at WHS
Mark your calendars. Oct. 13 is photo retake day for all students at Wiesbaden High School. This will be the last chance to have photos taken. Seniors who have not had their senior photo and cap and gown photo taken must attend. Photos will be taken in the multi-purpose room. There is a $15 sitting fee.


High School spirit memorabilia
