ICE — Interactive Customer Evaluation — has become increasingly popular as customers hear about how effective the system is for submitting feedback regarding services and for solving individual issues.
Customers using the online system select from a list of service providers to submit their comments. Recently all Army and Air Force Exchange Service services were removed from that list and customers are asking “Where is AAFES in ICE?”
AAFES has a sophisticated online system for receiving customer comments and feedback via its own website www.AAFES.com. Customers can click on “contact us,” then on “customer comments and feedback.” Customers may also call civ (800) 527-6790 to submit their feedback.
Managers value your input and want to hear from you. Whether you’re satisfied and want to send praise, have an idea you would like to share or need help solving an issue, log on and submit your comments today.
ICE is an Interactive Customer Evaluation tool which can be accessed via the U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden home page at www.wiesbaden.army.mil or by completing a paper comment card found on desks throughout the garrison.
Customers may either click on the ICE logo on the bottom right hand corner of the website or drop their comment cards into any outgoing mail receptacle — no postage required. Comments are disbursed to managers, directorates and the garrison command.
